Mindfulness & Resilience Workshop/Practice

The session is on cultivating mental and emotional resilience via the three foundations of
mindfulness—awareness, attention, and acceptance—These constitute a powerful framework that helps
build resilience through today’s turbulent times.
Through some simple breath mindfulness, and focused attention practices we integrate awareness,
attention, and acceptance as a holistic approach to mindfulness, developing a deeper understanding of
one's internal and external experiences. Once a daily habit is formed we can call upon these inner
resources at will.
